Hello, I'm Bill!

Join me on a journey to discover all that God has provided for you in your time on earth. We can all have the relationship Adam had with God before the fall. Your best days are ahead of you if you accept what God has for you.

My Story

Growing up without much parental oversight and training, I lacked parent-child relationship understanding, especially concerning a relationship with God.

Throughout my childhood, there were people who pointed me to my Lord. My parents were separated for the last couple of years of their lives, and died about three months apart when I was eight. My dad’s stepson from his first marriage ended up adopting me. My adoptive father had been cruelly treated by my dad as a child, which likely affected his attitude toward me. Both my biological father and adoptive dad had grown up without knowing a dad’s love toward them. What they didn’t have, they couldn’t pass on to their sons. I was privileged to come to know the love of a father through God’s word and by His Spirit.

After adoption, I started attending a country Baptist church and accepted Jesus a few months later. I was drawn to God’s word, which helped shape my worldview. About a year later, I received the baptism in the Holy Spirit. I believe that experience has kept me in a relationship with my Lord throughout my life.

When I was age 17, just before I joined the U.S. Navy, I met other Spirit-filled believers. I attended Spirit-filled churches thereafter, but all had some form of legalism, as do most Christian churches worldwide.

While I loved the Lord and His word, I was prone to expect from Him what I had come to expect from my adoptive father. Anger. One of my frequent requests of God was that He would help me please Him. I wanted so much to make Him smile.

Then, just a couple of years ago (at age 68), I heard Andrew Wommack for the first time. I came to understand that God was not angry with me, not even disappointed in me. I have come to understand the grace of God provided by what Jesus has done for me. I became hungry to know my loving Father for myself; to receive, experience, and trust in His love for me.

My goal here is to share what is available to all believers. Jesus took a small child and set the child before Him and told His disciples, "Unless you come to Me as a small child, you cannot enter the kingdom of God at all." A small child has no understanding of a debt owed for their provision. Jesus has set us free from the law, from trying to earn His love. I hope to help believers come to know the love of your Father without any cost.
